We went down an elevator to arrive at the top of the Glen Canyon Dam.

Goulding's Lodge, Monument Valley

Goulding's Lodge is within Monument Valley and has splendid views from all bedrooms. There is a museum of the history of the Valley and the films made there.

A Navajo Indian lady demonstrates how wool is spun and then woven on the loom.

This is John Ford's Point, named after the famous Film Director. The cowboy on the rock was arranged just for us and he then allowed anyone who wanted to get on his horse for a photo.
