MONTEREY

When we arrived at our Monterey hotel, a wedding was finishing on the beach.

Monterey has a long and sandy beach.

Lots of seagulls and other birds along the beach.

There were two Fisherman's Wharfs at Monterey. This was the fishermens' one, where the fishing boats bring their catches.

And this is the commercial one, where you buy the souvenirs and other tourist stuff.

All aboard for a trip round the harbour!

We drove back to San Francisco airport and handed in the hire car. Then onto the plane and the long flight home, flying into the sunset as we began our journey.
